| Samax Enterprises, Inc. warrants its products to be free from any defects and that its products will conform to the descriptions and specifications set forth on the product data sheets and labels. In the event that any product does not conform, the exclusive remedy shall be for Samax to replace the amount of product used. While we believe the information presented to the consumer is correct, and is based on our testing it is the buyer’s responsibility to test any site for safety and toxicity before usage of our products and to see if they are compatible with the types of surfaces being cleaned. Acceptance of our products releases Samax from any liability. This warranty may not be altered by any representative or dealer. |
